Charitable objects
3.1 TO CONSERVE, PROTECT, REHABILITATE AND IMPROVE THE RIVERS, STREAMS, WATERCOURSES AND WATER IMPOUNDMENTS OF THE RIVER MOLE CATCHMENT FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF BIODIVERSITY AND THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC; IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY (A) WATER QUALITY TESTING AND (B) PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES WHICH IMPROVE THE RIVER SUCH AS RIVER RESTORATION AND THE REMOVAL OF INVASIVE SPECIES. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, OR ANY ASSOCIATION, INSTITUTION, VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION, COMPANY, LOCAL AUTHORITY, ADMINISTRATIVE OR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY OR PUBLIC BODY OR REPRESENTATIVE IN (A) THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE RIVER MOLE AND OTHER RIVERS, RIVER CORRIDORS AND RIVER CATCHMENTS, INCLUDING THEIR FLORA, FAUNA, BIODIVERSITY, WATER QUALITY, ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL ACTIVITY AND RIVER CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AND (B) THE NEED FOR, AND BENEFITS OF, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION, REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF AQUATIC ENVIRONMENTS.
