THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO ARE: TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY: ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS. PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 2-4 YEARS OF AGE, PLAYING A VITAL ROLE IN THEIR EARLY YEARS DEVELOPMENT BEFORE THEY BEGIN SCHOOL. ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES (THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY EDUCATION WITHIN THE SCHOOL)
