THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘OBJECTS’) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 1. TO RELIEVE POVERTY, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY PROVIDING SUCH SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT; AND 2. THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE, IN PARTICULAR IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED [INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID].
