THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH AND KYRGYZSTAN WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS.
