THE VICAR AND CHURCHWARDENS SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION APPLY THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROPERTY IN PROVIDING IN THE PARISH OF BERRIEW, RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TENETS OF THE CHURCH IN WALES BY MEANS OF A SUNDAY SCHOOL OR OTHERWISE.
