THE PROVISION OF A SCHOLARSHIP, EXHIBITION, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE OR OTHER LIKE BENEFIT TO ASSIST A BOY OR GIRL RESIDENT IN THE CIVIL PARISH OF LLANGYNOG (AND WHO HAS NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS) TO ATTEND THE HIGH SCHOOL AT LLANFYLLIN OR SUCH OTHER SCHOOL, COLLEGE UNIVERSITY OR PLACE OF LEARNING AS MAY BE APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES.
