THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN RUSPER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF FOOTBALL, TENNIS BASKETBALL AND SUCH OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, FACILITIES’ MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
