Charitable objects

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN WALES, AND AS ANCILLARY THERETO AND IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF, MAY (I) FACILITATE THE INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS AND INFORMATION ON ALL EDUCATIONAL MATTERS; (II) FORMULATE THE CORPORATE OPINIONS OF MEMBERS UPON THESE MATTERS AND PROMOTE THEIR IMPLEMENTATION; (III) PROVIDE REPRESENTATION OF THE ASSOCIATION ON OTHER BODIES AS SHALL SEEM DESIRABLE AND PRACTICABLE AND (IV) PROMOTE HIGH QUALITY IN THE TEACHING PROFESSION.
