Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
Our vision is that every child with a life limiting condition and their family across the UK has access to a model of integrated community children's palliative care. We do this by rolling out and replicating the Kentown Model creating sustainable teams around the child and family and equipping professionals and parents and carers knowledge and expertise.
