PUTTING OR PLACING POOR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL, AND IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT CHILDREN IN CLUTTON, THEN AN EQUEL NUMBER OUT OF CARDEN AND BARTON SHOULD BE PUT TO SCHOOL IN LIKE MANNER.
