AREA OF BENEFIT MEANS THE AREA CONSISTING OF THE PARISHES OF OVER, DARNHALL;MARTON AND WHETTENHALL AND THOSE PORTIONS OF THE PARISHES OF LITTLE BUDWORTH AND WEAVERHAM CUM MILTON WHICH WERE WITHIN THE ANCIENT PARISHES OF OVER AND WHITEGATE, ALL IN THE COUNTY OF CHESTER.
