THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS AND PREVENT CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG DOGS AND CATS IN SERBIA BY: A) PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR DOGS AND CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, REHOMING SUCH ANIMALS IN SERBIA; B) PROVIDING AND/OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, TRAP NEUTER AND RELEASE SERVICES TO HOMELESS CATS AND DOGS, DESIGNED TO CONTROL THE POPULATION OF UNWANTED CATS AND DOGS.
