TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH OF STATE SCHOOL CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 10 AND 16 WITH OR MAY HAVE AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL GRANTS TO ASSIST WITH ACCESSING EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF SUCH CONDITIONS IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE WAITING LISTS OR FAMILY FINANCIAL SITUATION PLACE THE CHILD AT A DISADVANTAGE OF OBTAINING AN EARLY DIAGNOSIS.
