1) TO CONSERVE AND IMPROVE FISHPOND WOOD, PART OF THE FISHPOND WOOD AND BEVERLEY MEADS LOCAL NATURE RESERVE, WIMBLEDON, LONDON SW19 ('THE WOOD') AS A PLACE OF ZOOLOGICAL, BOTANICAL, BIOLOGICAL, ECOLOGICAL AND HISTORICAL INTEREST AND BEAUTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON AND THE BROADER COMMUNITY OF LONDON AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. (2) TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS SHALL BE CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECT INCLUDING PROMOTING, SUPPORTING AND ASSISTING IN THE MAINTENANCE AND CONTINUATION OF THE WOOD AS A SITE OF ZOOLOGICAL, BOTANICAL, BIOLOGICAL, ECOLOGICAL AND HISTORICAL INTEREST.
