(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY ANY MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE.
