FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN SHACKERSTONE, LEICESTERSHIRE, THE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES BEING: (A) THOSE OF WHICH THE CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; AND (B) THOSE WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.
