Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING): 1.1.1 THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND / OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS OF THE BIRKENHEAD PARK SCHOOL SO AS TO ENABLE SUCH STUDENTS TO GO ON TO FURTHER AND / OR HIGHER EDUCATION; 1.1.2 THE AWARD OF PRIZES AS A SPUR TO ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT; AND 1.1.3 THE PROVISION OF BOOKS, LITERARY MATERIALS AND RESOURCES OF EDUCATIONAL MERIT FOR USE BY THE STUDENTS OF THE BIRKENHEAD PARK SCHOOL.
