THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE BLACK COUNTRY AREA WHO HAVE LOST A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IN A ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE, AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.
