PROVIDING AFFORDABLE INTEGRATED COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, PARTICULARLY THOSE FACING FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS, BY OFFERING SUCH SERVICES ON A LOW-COST, SLIDING SCALE OR FREE OF CHARGE BASIS. 2. PROVIDING TRAINING TO COUNSELLORS AND THERAPISTS WHO PROVIDE SUCH COUNSELLING AND THERAPY.
