TO PROVIDE ASSITANCE FOR BOYS AND GIRLS OVER COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE TOWARDS THE PAYMENT OF FEES AT DAY, EVENING SCHOOLS, COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES PROVIDING FURTHER EDUCATION, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF TEXT BOOKS, PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION ENTRANCE FEES OR OTHER EXPENSES OF STUDENTS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH FURTHER EXPENSES.
