THE FURTHER ENDOWMENT OF THE FREE LIBRARY KNOWN AS THE CHETHAM LIBRARY, MANCHESTER, BY TH MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDINGS IN WHICH THE LIBRARY MAY BE HOUSED, THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS AND MANUSCRIPTS AND THEIR REPAIR OR REBINDING, THE PROVISION OF STAFF AND ALSO THE PROVISION OF ALL NECESSARY FACILITIES SO THAT READERS IN AND VISITORS TO THE SAID LIBRARY MAY ENJOY THE FACILITIES THEREOF.
