Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA, VIOLENCE, MENTAL ILL HEALTH/EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN ENGLAND AND OTHER OVERSEAS LOCATIONS INCLUDING SOUTH AFRICA AND THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO PRIMARILY THROUGH: A) EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT WORKSHOPS, PROGRAMMES AND MENTORING TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE; B) PEER SUPPORT AND A SAFE SPACE TO ASSIST WITH THE CHALLENGES THEY HAVE FACED, PROVIDING COPING STRATEGIES, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE ORGANISATIONS FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE; C) VIOLENCE PREVENTION WORKSHOPS AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY; D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
