1) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN BLACKPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY: A) PROVIDING PRACTICAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO USERS OF THE NIGHT-TIME ECONOMY TO ENABLE THEM TO STAY SAFE; B) PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO THE HOMELESS AND/OR SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, DISABILITY, OLD AGE, ALCOHOLISM, DRUG ADDICTION, OFFENDING BEHAVIOUR, OR ANY OTHER MENTAL OR PHYSICAL INFIRMITY, AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. 2) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY SERVING THE PUBLIC WORKING IN, FREQUENTING OR VISITING BLACKPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND BY THE PROVISION OF PASTORAL CARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF THE STREET ANGELS PROGRAMME.
