THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY WAY OF, INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING SUBSTANCE MISUSE IN ENGLAND, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF: I. TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION AND HALF WAY HOUSES, TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF HOMELESSNESS OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, LEAVING REHABS OR THOSE STRUGGLING OUTSIDE OF REHABILITATION PROGRAMS WHEN EXPERIENCING SUBSTANCE MISUSE. II. REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROVIDING COUNSELLING AND RELEVANT SKILLS TO SUPPORT BENEFICIARIES' RECOVERY PROCESS AND AID SUSTAINED SOBRIETY. III. AWARDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS TO FUND EDUCATIONAL COURSES, HOUSING SUPPORT ITEMS, BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLOTHING AND, OTHER SUCH SERVICES OR ITEMS TO SUPPORT SUSTAINED INDEPENDENCE AND SOBRIETY AND TO FURTHER THE SERENITY FOUNDATIONS CHARITABLE PURPOSE
