TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN OR FROM UKRAINE WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY WAR BY MAKING GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO CHARITIES OR CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A VIEW TO RELIEVING POVERTY, HARDSHIP, SICKNESS OR DISTRESS AND PROMOTING GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
