THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1) TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE AND RECREATION OF CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS; AND (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE STAFF IN THIS PROVISION.
