1. (A) THE PROVISION OF LITERATURE APPARATUS AND OTHER MATERIALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESEARCH BY STUDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MECHANICAL MARINE AND PRODUCTION ENGINEERING. (B)THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES AND GRANTS TO ONE OR MORE OF THE SAID STUDENTS AND THE REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAVELLING AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES NECESSARILY INCURRED BY SUCH STUDENTS AND/OR STAFF OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUCH RESEARCH. 2.THE CARRYING OUT OF SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS THE TRUSTEES BEING NOT LESS THAN 3 IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE.
