TO ADVANCE LIFE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 4 TO 18 YEARS LIVING IN AND AROUND THE HAY ON WYE AREA OF POWYS THROUGH: A. THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE B. PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS; CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. C. THE CHARITY SHALL OPERATE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARITIES ACT 2011, ENSURING THAT ALL ACTIVITIES CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY TO THE COMMUNITY AND DO NOT PROVIDE UNDUE PRIVATE BENEFIT.
