Activities - how the charity spends its money

Strong Box promotes community participation in healthy sports by providing suitable facilities for amateur and recreational boxing. The boxing gym is in central Bishops Stortford. All our coaches are volunteers and England Boxing accredited they hold boxing-based fitness classes and amateur boxing training sessions to suit all fitness levels for youths, teens, adults and amateur boxers.
