Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S OBJECT (“OBJECT”) IS SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR FOOTBALL IN STEVENAGE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF CHILDREN AGED 5-16, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY GIRLS, WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (‘FACILITIES’ MEAN LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES).
