We provide free access to sport through the use of guided fitness sessions and funded activities. These include swimming, running, cycling, and many more. Our primary goal is to support those who suffer or have previously suffered with addiction, to encourage them to lead happy and healthy lifestyles.

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RECOVERING FROM PROBLEMS CAUSED BY DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION BY; A) PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO THOSE RECOVERING AND THEIR FAMILIES; B) THE PROVISION OF MENTORING AND PEER TO PEER SUPPORT; C) PROMOTING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY OFFERING TRAINING AND COACHING IN SPORTS SUCH AS SWIMMING, RUNNING AND CYCLING FOR THOSE RECOVERING FROM ADDICTION TO HELP THEM INTEGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY.
