3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH; AND (B) THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEED, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH.
