Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS (A) IN ASSISTING THE SAID GOVERNORS WITH THE COST OF CONDUCTING THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCING EDUCATION THEREAT BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND OTHER BENEFITS; AND (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL.
