THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BASKETBALL IN THE SOUTH EAST OF ENGLAND FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF BASKETBALL. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISATION OF SPORTING ACTIVITIES.
