THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN ENGLAND, WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS BY: (A) PROVIDING ONE-TO-ONE COUNSELLING SERVICES AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUPS. (B) DELIVERING WORKSHOPS AND BUILDING INITIATIVES TO ENSURE THAT BEREAVED CHILDREN HAVE A WHOLE FAMILY SUPPORT SYSTEM TO HELP THEM NAVIGATE GRIEF. (C) PROVIDING ADVICE AND GUIDANCE. (D) PROVIDING METWORKING AND PEER SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHOLE FAMILIES AND PARENTS.
