1. IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF QUERNMORE. 2. IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF CHILDREN WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH.
