THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE SPORT OF FENCING. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.
