1) TO PROVIDE BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY LEA FOR SCHOOLS IN THE PARISH OF TARLETON. 2) PROMOTING IN THE EDUCATION OF PERSON UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR ENT IN THE SAID PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR FURTHER DTAILS SEE CLAUSE 21 OF SCHEME.
