THE ENCOURAGEMENT, ENABLEMENT AND ASSISTANCE OF AND/OR IN THE FURTHER AND BETTER EDUCATION OF ANY STUDENT OR STUDENTS (MALE OR FEMALE) OF THE BACUP AND RAWTENSTALL DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL (OR IN THE EVENT MENTIONED IN CLAUSE 4 OF THE SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS MENTIONED IN THAT CLAUSE) WHO FOR SUCH PERIOD AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL CONSIDER SUITABLE SHALL HAVE BEEN IN ATTENDANCE AT THE DAY CLASSES OF THE SAID SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS AND WHO SHALL BE ABOUT TO LEAVE SUCH SCHOOL FOR THE PURPOSE OF BECOMING A STUDENT AT A UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSITY STANDARD APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE FOUNDATION.
