THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING, DISTRESS, ILL-HEALTH OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST THE CURRENT STAFF MEMBERS FOR THE TIME BEING AND FORMER STAFF MEMBERS OF THE MYRIAD GROUP LIMITED AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, IN ADDITION TO COMPANIES UNDER COMMON CONTROL THAT TRADE AS CARING HOMES GROUP, OR ANY NEW COMPANY RESULTING FROM AN AMALGAMATION, MERGER, DEMERGER OR CHANGE OF NAME, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING GRANTS, LOANS OR SUCH OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
