THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF CHEADLE HULME SCHOOL FOR THE EDUCATION OF :-1. THE ORPHAN AND DEPRIVED CHILDREN OR THE DEPRIVED CHILDREN WHOM THE GOVERNORS SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE TO ADMIT. 2. OTHER CHILDREN NOT WITHIN THOSE CATEGORIES AS DETERMINED BY THE HEADMASTER SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNORS AND WHO SHALL APPLY TO THE HEADMASTER FOR EDUCATION AND PASS SUCH QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR ENTRANCE AS MAY EXIST FROM TIME TO TIME AND WHOSE PARENT OR GUARDIAN SHALL BECOME A SUBSCRIBER.
