TO PROVIDE BOOKS, INSTRUMENTS AND/OR TOOLS FOR A PUPIL OR PUPILS LEAVING THE JOHN RUSKIN COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL, CONISTON, AND CONTINUING THEIR EDUCATION EITHER AT A PLACE OF FURTHER EDUCATION OR AS AN APPRENTICE AND AS TO THE BALANCE TO PROVIDE PRIZES TO BE AWARDED TO PUPILS OR EX PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL FOR SCHOOLWORK OR ATHLETICS.
