Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND AS ANCILLARY THERE TO:-
(A) TO FOSTER MORE EXTENDED RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARENTS, TEACHERS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL IN ORDER TO BRING THE FAMILY OF ST HILDA'S SCHOOL CLOSER TOGETHER; AND
(B) TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING IT BY RAISING MUCH NEEDED ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR USE BY THE SCHOOL
