THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CIO IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ARE: 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF NORTH KOREANS GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY AND RELIEVE THEIR FINANCIAL NEED; 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN KOREAN LANGUAGE, HISTORY AND CULTURE.
