TO PROVIDE ANNUALLY FOUR BOOKS, TWO FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS AND TWO FOR NON-ACADEMIC SUCCESS, TO BE AWARDED AS PRIZES TO PUPILS OF GOLBORNE COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL (OR OF ANY NEW COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL TO WHICH THE PUPILS OF THE SAID GOLBORNE COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL MAY BE TRANSFERRED).
