Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE BRANCH SHALL BE TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE IMPROVEMENT, PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE COUNTRYSIDE WITHIN BOUNDARIES OF THE BRANCH AS DEFINED IN CLAUSE 3.2 AND ITS TOWNS AND VILLAGES AND THE BETTER DEVELOPMENT OF THE RURAL ENVIRONMENT. 3.2 THE BOUNDARIES OF THE BRANCH SHALL BE IDENTICAL WITH THOSE OF THE COUNTY OF CHESHIRE AS CONSTITUTED FROM TIME TO TIME PLUS WIRRAL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AND TRAFFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL, WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF STOCKPORT.
