IN ASSISTING THE MANAGERS OF ANY VOLUNTARY AIDED SCHOOL ATTENDED SUBSTANTIALLY BY CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF HUNSONBY TO MEET THE COST OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1973. 2. IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING TO PROVIDE FOR SCHOOLS ATTENDED SUBSTANTIALLY BY CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
