FOR USE AS A VOLUNTARY SCHOOL INCOME OF THE SCHOOL TO BE USED FOR:- (1) ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MEETING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1978, (2) IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE SCHOOL OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, (3) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE GOVERNORS THINK FIT.
