(3) ATTENDING TO HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BENEFICIAL AREA (4) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF POOR BOYS AND GIRLS LIVING IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING).
