(2) TO PROMOTE THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF SUNDAY SCHOOL, OF PERSONS WHO ARE A) UNDER 25 B) IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE C) ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH
